Very disappointed for $400 a night.
1. The loungers at pool are hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable
2., Our room had an overpowering smell of food cooking, probably from the restaurant. The front desk was very nice about it and offered us an additional night at no charge which we accepted. They gave us another room which is the most upsetting part. You think they would go out of their way to make sure the 2nd night is a great experience but they failed. Put us in a much smaller, ground floor room with a beautiful view of a utility box
3. Room was prepaid by a 3rd party as an anniversary gift but on check out we were charged the entire amount. Unnecessary, long process getting it straightened out.
So close to being a great experience. The people are all very courteous and anxious to help. Food is pricey but very good.
