I stayed here for six nights recently and had a wonderful experience. Upon check-in, I was offered a room upgrade (beautiful water view), given two hours of complimentary wireless internet in the lobby, and a free breakfast voucher. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The concierge was also very helpful - in fact, I was about to exchange my currency at the front desk, but he informed me that it'd actually be a better deal to go down the street to the bank because the Westin exchange rate was not very good.
The breakfast buffet at Mizzen was a-okay. Nothing special to write home about. Kinda pricey for an average breakfast. See Mizzen review for more.
The location is not necessarily in the center of town, but distance to the streetcars (stop right outside hotel) and subway system was pretty close and accessible.
