I was getting my jewelry fixed here for months and had no problems until Mary the sweet lady who always repaired my necklaces had a heart attack. She left and my necklace was somehow misplaced or lost. Chief the owner who I've spoken to many times about this problem expresses no concern or put forth no effort to get it back. They will not talk to Mary or give me a contact number. Chiefs crackhead daughter yelled that Mary was a lying stealing slut when I asked how to talk to reach Mary. She is literally the sweetest old lady and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. When I expressed serious concern to "Chief" he told me to take the jewelry I was there to fix somewhere else. I was thrown so off guard and tried to reasonably and sympathetically explain why I was emotional. As this chain meant something to me and to see the owner not only take no responsibility but had no concern what so ever for my chain. In the end I left my items and went back for them and one was completely damaged. The chain was somehow rusted and the gem he said he could rehang and fix was broken open and then welded shut. Completely ruined the whole one of a kind unique necklace. This guy Chief is a very angry bitter old man and doesn't give a shit about his customers or the service he provides. Lost of cool jewelry on Main Street downtown. Nothing about this place is worth going there. They will completely screw you over and calmly tell you there is nothing they can do; not giving a shit while you worry about your damaged or lost jewelry. It's sad some of my favorite stuff is gone now because I came here.
