I've been a patient in this office for several years. I have nothing but great service up until yesterday. I showed up about 15 minutes late I called in advance and apologized. When I arrived at the office the front office worker made a insensitive remark about how I was 15 minutes late. It was obvious I was late because I informed them in advance. It sure would be nice if she was educated in proper courteous etiquette. However the dental assistant and the Dr was truly wonderful and understanding.
