I've stayed here multiple times, and every time is disappointing. Last time my family stayed in the penthouse because we were seeing each other for the first time in a couple years and thought it would be fun. We had requested an early check in because we were driving from California and my aunt and cousin were flying in from Florida, so it was a lot of travel and we wanted to get in the room and rest. Unfortunately we were not able to check in early and came back when normal check in was supposed to happen, but the room still wasn't ready. We didn't get to check in until over an hour after normal check in is supposed to start. Then they offered my mom a gift card for an hour presentation.... which lasted 3 hours and she almost missed the tour they were doing. I used to live in Vegas, so I opted to work remotely while they did the tourist thing. However it was extremely difficult since the internet is terrible and kept dropping. The second day that we were at the resort they tried to schedule a time to come to the room and do a presentation even though my mom had already declined and told them that I was working and they would be interrupting, but they tried to pressure her and kept calling. This last time we came- since I already know the routine of checking in, then directing us to the concierge, then trying to sell us on a presentation- we decided to just leave after we checked in. As we were leaving they were literally yelling at us and chased us out the door to try to get us to go to the concierge. I explained that we've been here before and needed to get to a convention, so they unwillingly let us leave. There was one issue that could have been very dangerous in different circumstances. One of the guests went out on the balcony to talk on the phone and shut the slider behind him, at which point it locked behind him. Luckily I was there and saw that he couldn't open the door, however the door wouldn't open for me from the inside either. I called facilities and my boyfriend tried and was eventually able to force the door open, but had anyone been in the room alone that could have been dangerous if it was a hot day or cold night.
