2 friends and I ordered cocktails. I ordered their soup of the day. The bartender acknowledged my order of the soup because she clearly told me what the soup was. When questioned where the food was, a male bartender said she never rang it in. I explained the situation to him and he sternly looked and said, "So, do you want it or not?". Unacceptable. How about an apology and comp the food that was not rang in or delivered after 25 minutes of the customer ordering. His attitude was unacceptable and I will NOT be back. For having the display and decor of a fine establishment, the service proved otherwise. Pity because we all just moved nearby- They just lost 3 longterm customers.
