Italian cuisine is faithfully represented by Japanese interpretation. I have never had this fusion before & am completely impressed. Once you're seated you just know you're about to have an amazing experience. The kitchen is simple, their food is delicate, rustic and robust. Everything was absolutely delicious. We were ambitious & had three pastas & two appetizers & ended up taking home leftovers. The portions are very generous. We tried:
*Daikon Salad
*Grilled "Kurobuta" Sausage Ratatouille Sauce
*Spaghetti Miso Carbonara
*Linguini Eggplant & Bacon Spicy Tomato Sauce
*Spaghetti "Mentaiko" Carbonara
I will definitely be back to try the Uni tomato cream linguini & dessert. Bravo!
