That I don't deal well with change is an understatement. So when I called my regular hair salon and they informed me that my stylist had relocated I went into a kind of state of panic. Luckily, the receptionist was kind enough to tell me that my hairdresser had relocated to Parlour. *Sigh* Crisis averted. The service at Parlour, for me, was phenomenal from start to finish. I was very very nervous, as for this visit I planned on putting colour in my hair and fixing a few years of home treatments/experiments. Ever so patiently the receptionist talked me through my many annoying questions and concerns. Brionie, my stylist, as usual was a complete doll and did exactly as I wished, in spite of the fact that I'm extremely reserved with my choices (although she does refuse to give the blunt grade five ends I always request, and this is probably for the best). The colourist, Susie, also a transplant from Coupe on Queen, was just as nice, patient and courteous, continually offering to fix whatever I didn't like. Luckily, on par with the service, I was extremely happy with the result.
