The view is spectacular from this lounge on the top floor of the Palms. Friends and I came here after partying at Rain. We got in with a very short wait (that had more to do with the elevator than actually waiting in line). The place was crawling with people but I really liked the view. The only negative characteristic I can think of in regards to this place is that it was really cold. In our clubbing skankwear it made us hesitant to come back the following night. The drinks were great though, prompt service even though it was crowded.
