Dustin and Valley Geeks is simply the best! Dustin often helps me solve my computer problem right over the phone. When more than phone assistance is needed, he conveniently comes to your home. Twice I have sent Dustin to help my elderly mother in Sun City with her computer. I also had Dustin help my teenage daughter in Peoria with her computer. So he's proven to be great with all three generations in our family (a 70-year span in age and level of computer knowledge). I like how Dustin diagnoses the computer problem quickly and explains everything patiently and in plain English that we can understand. And while Dustin could have sold us expensive fixes, he showed us how to solve our computer problems simply and economically. Dustin is the only person our family calls when we have any computer questions or problems and we recommend him highly!!!
