I lived here the past two years and really enjoyed living here minus a few issues. I just handed in the keys. I'm not really sure why some of these reviews have such issues with office I've never had any major issues. It's a newer complex how many issues can one person possible have other than some issues with the office..
Every time I've needed something from office or maintenance it's gotten taken care of within a day. Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant. It's a nice place at a convenient location.
Kinda frustrated on the time of communication. April 1 I get a note saying 30 day notice for garage rent increase by 25% and they require 30 day notice for cancelling garage. Kind of ridiculous that I have exactly one day to give notice if I wanna pay 115$ a month for a garage vs $90..
As a tenant we have to pay and give notice on time but they're ok to give notice on a day it's due? That's not ok with me.
Overall I would probably wouldn't recommend to my friends to live here. A bit unorganized at times about files and insurance but other than that it was a good two years.
Warning for future tenants..Make sure you really clean your apt before you leave or they'll rip you off. $95 later my apartment is apparently cleaner than I left it. I left it in great condition but they charged me $40 for cleaning carpet in a tiny bedroom.. Isn't that part of their costs after someone lives there two years? $40 for extra cleaning for who knows what. And $15 for stove trays?! Are you kidding me? Those were cleaned but they had to buy new ones?
