We have American Home Shield, and our ice maker started leaking (we thought). The first company they sent out didn't have a clue and our claim was denied. Ivan actually knows how things work rather than being a "parts pusher". After the ordeal we went through with the first repair company we feel very lucky we got Ivan as our service technician. All was fixed within a few hours. We are happy.
