I took money out of the ATM in front of their credit union, went in and asked if i could trade 5 20s for a 100 dollar bill. I was informed that because i don't have an account there they were unable to do this for me. You are a bank, you have money right??? I went across the street to 1st Bank and they did it no questions asked. Just because im not a current customer doesn't mean i wouldn't be a future customer. I loved going back out in 110 degree heat to drive across the street to a bank that did what any bank can and should do. I just moved to this area but you are making my options of which bank to move to much shorter...so thank you.
