I warn anyone from using this company for any roofing work.
We needed our roof redone as it was over 25 years old. The "nice guy" comes to give us the estimate with the work to be performed to replace the lining under the tiles with the latest space-age stuff, replace any bad wood on the roof and put all the tiles back. Seems simple enough for the estimate given.
When it's time for the work, the crew doesn't even show up the day they were to start. I call the office and am told they'll surely be there the next day. Yes, they do show up the next day.
The next week they're up on my roof doing the work. I think everything is good and pay when the job is done.
Now move forward to the last few weeks and the rain we've been receiving. I have a massive leak in one of my bedrooms. I look up in the attic and see that they must have busted a hole in the roof in their walking around and hammering. Rather than replace the wood (as the work was quoted), they simply put the tiles up over top of the splintered hole. Now I have tons of water damage.
I don't know how much it's going to cost to get everything repaired. They won't talk to me when I call. I'll need to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors or get a lawyer. In the meantime I'm having to pay someone else to repair it because with the rain, I can't wait.
