Chagrin Shoe, Leather, & Luggage Repair is by far one of the BEST shoe repair shops I have been serviced by in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Let me begin with the following:
Customer Service: I was warmly greeted when I entered the shop; a wonderful smile and sincere attention to my shoe repair needs.
Service Quality: I had two pair of boots (one pair needing replacement caps and the other pair needing the heel to be cut and capped). They provided me an explanation of the process and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes with two pair of beautifully repaired boots.
Service Cost: The service cost was comparable if not better than other shoe repair shops in the area.
I have not completed a review in quite some time, but this shoe repair shop is worth the time and energy for me to prepare these few words. So to ALL of you out there in the Northeast Ohio area who need shoes renewed, I highly recommend Chagrin Shoe, Leather, & Luggage Repair.
