I don't understand the 2.5 star rating for Ovens. What's going on here, folks?!? Maybe it's the type of shows I see here (almost all concerts, so we're on our feet dancing most of the night) but I've always looked forward to visits to Ovens. I've seen several great concerts here, including Bonnie Rait, Head and the Heart, Avett Brothers, Crosby Stills & Nash...And every show has been great. The acoustics are top notch and the seats, when you're not dancing, are comfortable. Way cleaner and classier than any other concert venue in Charlotte. I will give you that it's a pain they charge $8+ for parking after we've already shelled out hundreds for tickets. 4-stars from this concert goer!
