I'd give zero stars if I could. Applied for an apartment. They graciously took my $200 deposit. The following day they told me they would not rent to me and would not refund the money that was told to me they were holding to hold the apartment. I applied for an apartment at Mark Taylor and was accepted immediately and moved right in. Do not move into this apartment complex. They are here to take your $200 hold fee.
Just to clarify, they never checked my credit. I have a credit score of 728 and I have ZERO criminal history. They just want your $200 for walking through the door. They don't have vacancies and aren't holding anything for you. Run fast to San Palacio. Tarin is the manager and is amazing!
