Management is friendly enough, but pretty inattentive. When I moved in, the window blinds fell to the floor, the dishwasher and sink disposal were broken, light switches didn't work, and the bathtub coating was/is peeling. The community claims to be pet friendly, however the waste stations never have poop bags, the trash cans are constantly overflowing, and many of the other residents are not tolerant of animals.
There is a mandatory $25 trash fee in addition to rent. Basically you pay $25 to have your trash picked up outside of your door during certain hours on weekdays. Considering I accumulate maybe one bag of trash per month this is a complete rip off. If you live on the top floor, don't expect your trash to be picked up at all. Do, however, expect complaints about your trash being out during unauthorized times and for the $25 fee to be added to your rent.
