I wish my experience was as great as everyone else's. The mani pedi was nice and provided by two very lovely ladies. As I was waiting for my nails to dry, I was looking at the menu for another service to have. The mani pedi did not give me free access to the spa as it was a salon service. I then received a phone call...from the salon staying that they had reminded me by phone and email and didn't I know they were going to charge me a cancellation fee. The call was made in a hard manner and left me with a negative finish to an otherwise ok service experience. Most of all my feelings were hurt. I had been very nice to everyone and to be treated this way at the end just left me wanting to leave..the lady apologized "for sounding rude" and said they had my name wrong (a variation on my name). As I said, I just wanted to leave. I will never come back again.
