Very disappointed with Gentle Dental. When coming back for a yearly exam, I was not told that I would be seeing a different dentist. I was not even told his name, and upon entering the exam room, he never spoke to me where I could see him, just to the back of my chair. He was too busy to explain anything or explain after care. I don't think he gave a damn about my teeth as he didn't do a filling as promised, he seemed too concerned about getting to his next procedure. I felt like apologizing for taking up his time. No personality from the assistants or the dentist and no after care suggestions for my crown. Treated like a line item.
