I came there when it was very busy, but still. When I was sat the owner started to do my nails. She also started doing two other people's nails. She'd do a step then do another step on another girl. It look over an hour for a pedicure. I was going to get a full set but I just left because it was taking too long and she got polish all over my toes because she was rushing. She needs more reliable workers and to take her time. I understand when you're busy but instead of giving mediocre service to a few people it should be excellent service to one. I was about to drop well over $100 but instead I just spent $40 including tip. She had good intentions but I was disappointed with the lack of service.
