Hands down the best Bar Studio in the valley and I have been to virtually all of them! The Bar Method Arcadia offers workouts that are incredibly challenging and the instructors are fastidious about student form. Their hand's on approach ensures proper positioning, keeping us injury free and maximizing results. The studio is impeccably clean and inviting and every staff member friendly. If you like barre classes, you will love The Bar Method. If you have never tried it before or haven't found a class you like, don't hesitate to check them out.
