Our agent moved to this broker just as we were listing our home for sale. This place was a joke. They could never get the edocs right and after days of trying we eventually signed the listing contract by paper. They never responded to emails. It really seemed that they didn't want the listing. Put a sign in our yard without having a listing contract - which I understand is illegal. Then we had an offer on the first showing. Spent only minutes in the house, never put the earnest money in escrow, asked for no inspections or contingencies. Canceled the purchase 2 days later with no penalty and no reason. I strongly suspect some kind of scam. We canceled an open house based on this offer. When we called Kiran to cancel the listing he kept asking over and over 'but didn't you get an offer?' Like getting that offer - which I doubt was even legit - made them look like a great broker. Don't do business here. Frustrating. Unprofessional. Simply inept.
