I contacted Mentor Smiles for a bridge that needed re-cemented after coming lose. I have had this exact procedure done on a bridge that came lose on the other side of my mouth. It is a simple procedure. They drill out the old cement and reapply the cement and attach. This is a $80 to $120 job. Mentor Smiles said "they were not comfortable" re-cementing and demanded that I have an entire new bridge built. So a $100 job gets twisted into a multi thousand dollar repair job. Mentor Smiles is your atypical corrupt, money obsessed, soulless business that has no concern about the patients or their needs. Just PATHETIC.
