I have been to this Pandora twice now and will officially never return. The sales associate (JORDAN) lacks in costumer service beyond belief. The first time I went she told me that Pandora had created a Sleeping Beauty tiara charm but that their location was sold out. Then I went online and had discovered that in fact Pandora never made that charm. Then during the second visit I asked if there was a store I was looking for inside the Fashion Show mall to which she responded no to. Come to find out that store is inside the Fashion Show. Besides all the misinformation, her character does not seem genuine. It's as if she only wants money, which in retail I understand but the amount of annoying pushiness makes any costumer not want to buy. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN.
