I live in California and ordered online for my husband who was at a hotel in Pittsburgh. It's so great to be able to support a local family business instead of some huge flower delivery company.
Great customer service! I accidentally messed up the order page and my delivery date got deleted -- I didn't realize that it got reset to deliver the next morning, even though my husband wouldn't arrive at the hotel until 4 days later! When the florists tried to make the delivery and he wasn't there, they called me to straighten it out right away. I was so impressed that they were cool, calm, and collected, and didn't even charge me extra for the unnecessary trip they made, even though it was technically my mistake!!
