I should have reviewed this place a long time ago so don't take this review very seriously because it was a least a year ago that I actually used their services and things could have changed. My dog went in for his first grooming experience and over all he turned out great. He had a little nick on his leg from the trimmers but nothing to be overly concerned with. It was his first time at a groomer so I figured he was probably a hellion to manage. He was there for quite a long time. A least 3 hours. I decided to bring him back since he was familiar with the place but this time I asked the groomer to leave him a little "scruffier" on his head. She seamed really insulted that I didn't like his look from the last grooming and laughed a little about my request. I was really irritated after that. 3 hours later I come back to pick him up and she didn't clean up his privates like I would have liked and she and her dad(I think) again brought up him looking scruffier. It wasn't a comment that was concerned with my satisfaction of their services but rather one meant to be insulting. I decided to never take him back there. I thankfully moved to mountains edge and found barking dogs and love them. 2 stars because the business had just opened and I am assuming she was probably understaffed.
