I really wanted this place to work out. Only went there twice. They ask you what you want done but they don't do it. We have a poodle and they asked how much hair I wanted off. I told them a 1/2 inch. Instead they left a 1/2 inch and took everything else off. I even confirmed this with them before I left. The time prior, they just trimmed the hair on his face vs trimming/shaving it short. I guess they misunderstood that too.
