Clearly they need to hire more bank tellers and train them on customer service skills. We have accounts at different banks and Chase is by far, the worst and absolutely slowest bank that we use. I came to this location mid day, no other customer in the drive up line, I pulled up and sat waiting for the lady inside to acknowledge me. It took her a solid 2 minutes, which is a long time when your sitting looking at someone and just waiting. She came, asked what I needed, and I don't told her I just needed to cash a check, she said ok and walked away! Didn't say anything else, just walked away to help another customer. I've been waiting for 8 minutes! For something that takes a few seconds to do. I know, I worked at a bank! Came back, took my check, cashed it and dropped it off, never asked if that was all I needed or said "thanks"-nothing! I'm so ready to just close this account out. I've had it for years and it's a bigger headache than anything!
