would give it no stars if available . went to eyeglass world approximately six weeks ago . saw the doctor and ordered contact lenses . after two weeks had gone by , went back to the store to check on same and was told everyone was at lunch . came back two weeks later to pick them up again just to find out they were never ordered . went back today to pick them up , which I live across town from the location , and was told I had to see the doctor before they would give them to me , which again was told , everyone was at lunch including the doctor . I told the girl behind the counter , due to time restraints I was not able to wait an hour to see the doctor and to just give me my contacts which she refused saying it was policy to see the doctor . the contacts were already paid for and explained to her that this was the third time ive been back to get them , however she still refused to give them to me . at that time I told her to just refund my money which she said I would have to get approval from my manager . are kidding me ???? an approval , I paid them for services which was not full filled and your refusing to refund my money without an approval???. this company is a joke !!!! save yourself time and money as well as gas , and go to reputable eyeglass company that can render services in full ......
