I have had very positive experiences with TIDE DRY CLEANERS on Frank Lloyd Wright in Scottsdale. I dropped off some pants to be cleaned and somehow they "got lost"... Ryan at the from desk went above and beyond to get these pants located before my daughter had to leave in a business trip.. thanks to RYAN for locating the pants and contacting me that they were found... he was very professional and polite and handled the situation with a great attitude!!
