What a nightmare. It is very easy to get an emergency appointment with them, and that's why my husband started going there. However, it is very clear that they perform unnecessary procedures. My husband went in for one chipped tooth and was told he needed $3,000 worth of procedures, a tiny fraction of which was covered by insurance. At his second appointment, before he was given his options for treatment, they just started working (after the dentist showed up to the appointment 40 minutes late because he "forgot that he had to work that day"), and then sent us a $1300 bill. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
