The veterinarians are just fine and really care about the animals, but he clinic is run by people who can't keep their head on straight. They take forever to call you back, they give you the wrong paperwork, they gave my friend's dog a drastically incorrect pain med dose. This most recent time, they gave incorrect drop off times to get dental cleanings. We were told 7 by the person who made the appt and their website says this. If you are going on a Friday, THEY DONT OPEN UNTIL 8 even for drop off. I was stuck waiting in my car for an hour. I would never go here if it weren't for the rescue I volunteer with insisting we use this clinic.
