Fantastic office with professional staff all the way around... they don't scare you into up-sells and simply share the status of your teeth/gums and leave financial-based decisions to the patient. They also have a same-as-cash financing options which I will take advantage of as I don't currently have insurance.
In "feeling-out" the office and the work they perform, I only got a cleaning performed and it was a great experience. They already have highly reasonable pricing and they didn't hesitate to apply some sensitivity gel to relieve me of discomfort during the procedure. I realize this affects their margins but the fact that they offered this without any question (or price-hike) is revealing of the care and passion the A1 staff have for their patients.
All in all, I felt very comfortable with the doctor, hygienist and front-desk personnel and plan to return for additional procedures in the coming months and years.
