This is the 2nd Adelante Healthcare I have been to and the customer service is just as bad. I come for the Doctor, who is amazing, but cannot stand the staff! They can't even look at you when they are speaking to you. They can't call and tell you when the doctor is running behind. They are terrible, so lower your expectations.
