The worst experience that I have ever had.
Don't go to this store. It is a scam!!!!!
You pay for membership fee every month for $59.99 and you will get a free refill.
I tried to stop my membership with them five days ago. I stopped by the store to cancel my membership and fill out the form two days before they charged me for my next month's membership. They called me next day and told me that they didn't process that and anything that related to cancel membership I have to talk with manager, because girls in the front know nothing. And their manager won't call you back forever. After five days, their busy manager called me back. The only thing she did is to send me the form and she said I have to give them 30 days notice before cancellation. But I have already filled out the form five days ago. That means I have to pay for my membership fees for next month too. This whole store is just sooo stupid.
The refill is only last one week.
And I have to pay them two month membership to stop this stupid store's membership. I felt like they did that on purpose as I saw other girls have same experience like me, so they can charge you one more month.
