I workout through ClassPass, so I take a lot of different classes at a lot of different studios in Charlotte, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. It started well, the receptionist was friendly and pointed me in the right direction, as it was my first time. I was signed up for the Saturday morning Hot Yoga. I walked in right as the class was starting, and there were only a few spots left. These spots were packed VERY VERY close together. As the class started, participants continued to come into this already very crowded room and it was distracting and felt very tight. Also, the music was very loud and I could barely hear the instructor over the music. Even after this, I considered leaving, but I wanted to get through it to get the workout. What really pushed it over the top was the fact that the room was so crowded, and it did NOT smell pleasant, but worst of all the older gentleman beside me kept bumping me and we were so close his sweat dripped on me. But what was the greatest deal breaker was when I looked down and saw his foot on my mat during a side angle hold. I left right then. That is not okay. This was a terrible experience and I do not plan to return to this studio
