I came in to the office in the afternoon on the day my ticket was supposed to be resolved. The man at the front desk was friendly and knew what he was doing, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes with no questions. They were able to reschedule my court date from the current day to a future day, and then were able to get my crosswalk ticket - that would have been 3 points on my license and fines - reduced to illegal parking, which only required payment of fines. I never had to go to court myself and now my driving record is still clean!! I would've had to pay those fees to the courthouse regardless and the small fee you pay to TicketBusters is totally worth not having the points on your license! I was informed of the results of the court date and the next steps I needed to take to pay my fines by email pretty much immediately. Overall super convenient and great results!
