Chad was recommended to us by our Area Rug company and designer to treat our rugs. Before he got out our dog had already soiled one of the rugs so we were able to test his skills. Amazingly, after lots of work, he was able to take care of the problem. Then he treated the rugs. Before he came back to treat more new rugs we had gotten a yellow mustard spill on the same rug, but now treated. Chad was able to get that stain completely out in about 3 minutes compared to the untreated area before. His product really makes a HUGE difference and he is very skilled at his profession. In addition to that he left us spot cleaner and has an amazing warranty. He is very professional and always prompt. I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Chad!
