When I called to schedule the piano moving service, they scheduled a 4-hour window during which they would pick up the piano. Eric called me the night before to confirm and narrowed the window to one hour.
They use blankets to pad the piano and were careful not to bang it against anything. And they have their own truck, so no need to book a U-Haul.
