I took my 2 exotic pets here for basic checkups and for a few other issues. Dr. Patt was so nice and the place was new and very clean. Dr. Patt was able to pin point problems very fast. Unfortunately, one of my pets died a few months after her visit, which was expected due to her illness... but still so sad :( The only issues were that they kept adding products to my bill that I didnt ask for, and they sent multiple reminders via email and post card to bring one of my pets back for a checkup... after she had already died. Everything else was great, though.
