Customs and Immigration is one of my all-time UNfavorite things when it comes to travel so any of them will automatically lose a star with me. But this one seemed especially disorganized to me. There were only 2 agents (do they assume that no one wants to visit Canada?) and they didn't have much room for anyone waiting to go through or even buy visas (good thing I didn't need one).
Everything ended up working out (I got through didn't I?) but it wasn't a set up that encouraged confidence in who they're letting in the country!
