Under my Warranty with Whirlpool, Dino's Appliance Factory Service was very accommodating in coming out on Wednesday, when they usually are in my area only on Tuesdays & Thursdays, so I appreciate that. Second, the technician, Mr. Steven Romo, was very patient with ALL my questions and concerns about my appliances. He also gave some excellent suggestions and tips on the maintenance, which I really appreciate. Love that he called with a eta...and arrived as stated. Whenever I need another repair (Lord forbid, LOL!) I will be requesting this company for their excellent business and customer service!
