lines are a pain, waiting is a pain, the only highlight here is the option to get in line without even being there, status updates for who is in front of you and the ability to let people skip you for additional time... all from the comfort of your phone, at the house, sipping a beer in your underwear. i will never look at going to the DMV the same again.
