I have to say calling your "new patients" 4 hours before their first appointment that was made over 3 weeks ago to cancel the appointment to re-schedule for another time is unacceptable. I am sorry but when you make us wait for an appointment to be seen then to cancel 4 hours the day of is horrible. Working people have to request for time off. I read all the great reviews about this place and was excited to come. Now I am having to search for a new place because of their lack of consideration for working women. Look at why we are unable to re-schedule before you cancel appointments. I will also be contacting my primary care doctor so they will not refer anyone else to this office, and will make sure to post this on every website that I can.
