I feel like every time i come in to this location, all the girls are either nowhere to be found or all talking behind the register. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt every time i come in, but every single time i leave less than satisfied. Today, i browsing for some new foundation and finally found my perfect match. i noticed they were out of my shade, so i walked up the the register to ask for help- since there was no employees anywhere on the floor. the girl behind the register was busy chatting to her fellow coworkers and looked completely bothered that i needed assistance. she told me she'd send someone over to see if there were any shades in the back or anything similar. i waited for 20 minutes and no one came over. This isn't the first time i've come in and gotten less than great customer service. i don't think i've ever gotten good service at this location honestly. it's such a shame because i live and work so close. i 100% will not be shopping here again. Sephora is definitely worth the drive, because at least there i know the employees will help me.
