I had my appointment in early January for microblading and a followup fill today. First off I'm just going to say the experience was top notch. Her professionalism and customer service was exactly what's missing in today's business. When I first came to her, I was upset from a bad experience. She talked to me and helped me relax and worked on my eyebrows. A few weeks after the first session, I was still somewhat skeptical of what it will look like. However, I felt that I owed it to myself to go back for the followup fill. Shanelle told me 6 weeks so I called around week 5 and she got me in that following week. Again, her level of professionalism and customer service is what everyone should strive for. She's easy to talk to and super understanding. And she works with your ideas and makes it look wonderful! So, after the second session, my eyebrows look AMAZING! I am so glad I went back for my followup. Thank you, Shanelle for doing such a fabulous job!
