If I could give it more than 5 Stars, I would!! I have never been a member of a "gym" as I always do a home video workout because of A: cost, B: time/convenience, C: the "Crossfit hype". But I wanted to try something new; something different. I figured these places always offer a free first time workouts so I did. Little did I know, I would love it and I'm almost a full month in. I was unsure it was possible in short training sessions even with a recent back/hip injury but John Juadines knows my ability. He works well within parameters that challenge me, but don't scare me into not coming back. John is amazing and focuses on each individual's strengths and weaknesses even on a group workout. WadBod is not a chain, and when you walk in, you have a sense that this place is a "family business" based on the camaraderie and support from everyone. I have never felt out of place or out of my league as everyone there is very supportive and "badass"! Try it. You'll love it. I know I do.
