I hired Elite Floor and Furniture cleaning to clean my floors (luxury vinyl and carpet). I called them over the weekend and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Justin showed up on time. We went over what I needed done, and he got to work. He was thorough and did an excellent job. I was very impressed by his attention to detail. There were some pet stains that a previous cleaning company couldn't remove, and he was able to do it no problem. He even cleaned a wall and removed some minor food stains from a piece of furniture. So he went above and beyond what I had asked. I will continue using Elite Flooring in the future. I am very satisfied.
