Easy $50 for them. Tech showed up to fix our refrigerator, didn't even take anything apart, looked inside and said it needed a new evaporator cover. Then says it will cost $500 and he can't get the parts for at least 3 weeks on back order.

I ordered the part he couldn't get for 3 weeks for $100 and it arrived in 2 days. Took me all of 10 minutes to change. We'll see if he was right without any testing or diagnostics on my refrigerator.
They also have failed to provide a receipt for their services. The tech said it would be emailed within 10 minutes and never arrived and tried to contact them via web page contact form and received no response or receipt.
